Payments can be made at City Hall. Award notices are being emailed to the bid winners. The winner of the bid has 15 days (11/17/2023) to make the purchase in full. Failure or neglect to do so will result in the item being awarded to the next highest bidder. Once payment has been made, the finance department will notify the public works department that the item is cleared for pickup. Titles will be presented at time of payment. It is the responsibility of the bidder to transfer the title. It is the responsibility of the bidder to remove the item from the City of Dillingham property at their own expense and within five days of payment.
