Waterfront Strategic Plan Report

The City hosted an Open House on Monday, December 2, from 5:00-7:00 PM to discuss the draft report of the Waterfront Strategic Plan.  Presenting were:

• McDowell Group
• PND Engineers

The draft report provides information on the following components:

1. Port and Waterfront Overview, including the boat harbor, uplands, and dock;
2. Development Landscape, including the seafood and visitor industry and a competitive analysis;
3. Waterfront Development Plan, including goals and strategies, implementation plan, and major capital project budget estimates.

A second Open House was hosted on February 11, 2020 and a presentation was given to the Curyung Tribal Council.
