Maintenance and Repair of HYSTER High Mast Forklifts

The City of Dillingham, Alaska, is requesting proposals for repair and maintenance of its two (2) HYSTER high mast forklifts (“the Equipment”) located on the All Tide Dock in downtown Dillingham. The City is providing the make and model of the forklifts to accompany this RFP.

Per Notice of Addendum, A signed copy of the proposal must be delivered to the office of the Acting City Manager no later than 3:00 PM, on Monday June 26, 2023 .

Scope of Work 

The qualified firm or individual will work directly with the Acting City Manager or designee for the purpose of accomplishing regular inspection, maintenance, and any necessary repairs pursuant to all State of Alaska safety requirements, industry standards and manufacturer’s recommendations applicable to maintenance and operation of the Equipment.  It is the City’s intent to award a negotiated contract to the most qualified firm for completion of the work.  Parts to be ordered as soon as the contract is awarded, work to begin as soon as parts arrive in Dillingham and to be completed within two weeks.

Submittal Requirements and Information 

To be considered, all proposals must be delivered to the address below, on or before the deadline, and in the number of copies required. 

Deadline – One (1) copy of the proposal must be received no later than 3:00 pm on Monday, June 26, 2023.
